What to Include in Your Enquiry
The more detail you share, the more accurate and useful our initial response will be. Useful information includes: the event date and time, the approximate guest count, the venue name or address (if confirmed), the service format you have in mind — plated dinner, buffet, cocktail reception — and any dietary requirements you are already aware of. If you do not have all of these details yet, do not hesitate to reach out anyway. An early conversation helps us advise on timing, logistics, and menu direction even before everything is finalized.
Response Times and Next Steps
We respond to all new enquiries within two business days. Once we receive your message, our coordinator will review the details and follow up with any clarifying questions or an initial proposal outline. For events within four weeks, please call us directly to confirm availability. We cannot hold dates without a confirmed deposit, and availability for peak season weekends — June through September — is limited. We appreciate early enquiries and will always be transparent if a date has already been committed.
